What types of events can be held at Astor Center?

All types. Private or professional; dinners, breakfasts, team-building activities, wine tastings, cocktail receptions, photography or film sessions, art shows, auctions, product demonstrations, the possibilities are limitless and we will work with you to create a seamless event which fits your specific needs.

How many people can each space accommodate?

Gallery:

• 135 in a classroom/lecture setting
• 90 maximum seated dinner capacity
• a cocktail reception's capacity depends greatly on event specifics

Kitchen: 36

Can I record my event?

Yes, there are built in cameras in each space, offering a variety of angles from which to capture your event, class, lecture, etc.

Can I use more than one space at a time?

Yes. In fact, streaming video can connect each room to the other -for example: video of activity in the Kitchen may be viewed on large plasma screens in the Study. This connectivity greatly expands the options for your next presentation or event.

Is air conditioning/heat available?

Yes, both are available and easily adjusted to meet your needs.
